Stress Less contains Sensoril™ ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), and Panax ginseng, all of which are recognized adaptogens that promote a healthy response to both physical and mental stressors. Sensoril ashwagandha is a multi-patented and clinically tested herb that promotes emotional well-being plus improved resistance to fatigue and tension caused by stress. Stress Less also contains Sunphenon® green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), which supports mental focus and stamina, and provides antioxidants to protect the brain from free radical damage. The fifth ingredient, choline bitartrate, supports healthy liver function and increases acetylcholine synthesis to counteract the negative effects of stress.
